Please note that Lour Road Group Practice is still a registered Yellow Fever Centre offering the Yellow Fever vaccine to both registered & non-registered patients.  

Please telephone us on 01307 463122 leaving your name and number for the Practice Nurse to contact you. 

N.B.  There is a charge for the yellow fever vaccine  & patients are required to pay for the  treatment when they attend for their vaccine.

Some countries require proof of vaccination (for example, for polio or yellow fever vaccination), which must be documented on an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) before you enter or when you leave a country.
